Photo Elements is available online from Adobefor about $89.00 or you can order Adobe Photo Elements 4.0 from Amazon.com for about $79.00.

Adobe PhotoShop is also a good choice for website graphics development, but isn’t necessary (Would you use a Lamborghini to drive to the corner Quicky Mart every day?)

The average user will do just fine with Photo Elements, but if you want something a little more powerful Adobe PhotoShop CS2 is available from Amazon.com for about $629.
